1. General
- This tour operates early morning and involves outdoor activities.
- Participation is voluntary and subject to these Terms & Conditions.
- Tour timing may vary depending on weather, traffic, and local conditions.
2. Weather & Natural Conditions
- Sunrise visibility is weather dependent and not guaranteed.
- In case of heavy rain, fog, or unsafe conditions, the operator reserves the right to:
- Adjust the schedule
- Change the viewpoint
- Cancel the sunrise activity for safety reasons
- No refund will be provided due to poor visibility caused by weather.
3. Safety & Health
- Guests must be in good physical condition to participate.
- Not recommended for:
- Pregnant women
- Guests with serious heart, back, or mobility conditions
- Guests must follow driver and guide instructions at all times.
- LuxBali and local operators are not responsible for injuries caused by negligence or failure to follow instructions.
4. Jeep & Local Operator
- Sunrise Jeep service is provided by a licensed local operator.
- Vehicle type and seating may vary depending on availability.
- During peak season, multiple jeeps may be present at viewpoints.
5. Pick-Up & Timing
- Pick-up time is usually around 03:30 AM and must be respected.
- Late arrival or no-show may result in forfeiture of the tour without refund.
- Guests are responsible for being ready on time at the agreed pick-up point.
6. Meals & Inclusions
- Inclusions such as hot drinks, light breakfast, or dinner depend on the selected package.
- Special dietary requests must be informed in advance and are subject to availability.
7. Personal Belongings
- Guests are responsible for their personal items at all times.
- LuxBali and local operators are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.
8. Photography & Social Media

9. Cancellation & Changes
