 LuxBali Travel Package – Terms & Conditions

1. Stay Period & Extension

• The package is valid only for the stay dates stated in the confirmation invoice.
• Extensions before or after the stay period are subject to room availability and hotel approval.
• Extension rates follow the published rate at the time of request unless a special offer is provided.
• Any change in stay period may result in price adjustments based on seasonal rates, hotel occupancy, or promotional periods.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation is allowed up to 15 days before arrival, unless otherwise stated in the confirmation.
• Cancellations made 14–8 days before arrival may incur a 50% charge of the total package value.
• Cancellations within 7 days or no-shows are 100% non-refundable.
• Non-refundable package options (if selected by the guest) cannot be changed or refunded under any circumstances.
• Changes to travel dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on the season.
• The Visa fee is non-refundable after submission.
• In case of Force Majeure, it will refer to the hotel policy.

3. Room Categories

• Room categories are assigned based lowest category of hotels on the selected package type and availability at the time of booking.
• Upgrades are subject to hotel availability and may carry an additional charge.
• Some hotels may offer similar room names with different sizes or facility variations; LuxBali will always clarify the correct category before final confirmation.
• Extra bed, child policy, or maximum occupancy rules follow each hotel’s standard policy.

4. Price & Offers

• Prices are quoted per person, based on the selected occupancy (Single / Double / Triple).
• All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, hotel occupancy, or supplier policy updates.
• Promotional rates, flash sales, or limited offers are valid only during the specified booking period.
• Non-refundable rates may be significantly lower but strictly cannot be changed or refunded.
• Rates for additional nights follow the participating hotel’s current published rate.

5. Common Bali Seasonal Surcharge Period (SSP)

Seasonal surcharges apply during peak travel periods in Bali. These surcharges will be added to your final package price according to the following dates:

• 20 December 2025 – 06 January 2026 (Christmas & New Year Peak Season)
• 13 – 23 February 2026 (Chinese New Year / Lunar New Year Period)
• 16 – 30 March 2026 (Nyepi & Silent Day Week)
• 01 July – 31 August 2026 (Summer High Season)

Note:

• Surcharges may vary depending on the hotel’s policy and occupancy level.
• Peak season availability is limited; early booking is strongly recommended.
• Rates offered during these periods are subject to immediate confirmation.
